Founder / Chief Executive Officer

She is a seasoned educationist with over 25 years of teaching experience. She is a philanthropist with the passion to empower vulnerable girls, women and children. Her motivation to influence a difference and make an impact in society saw her founded the Al- Hayat Foundation in 2022. Al- Hayat Foundation have been making significant impacts and strides in the Upper West Region as a noble child and women centered non-profit organization. She is serving as a board member, founder and chief Executive Officer of Al- Hayat Foundation. She holds Certificat in Behaviour and Social Change Communication, Teacher Certificate A in Basic Education, Diploma in Basic Education, Bachalor of Art in Basic Education.

Tahiru Lukman

Consultant

Mr. Tahiru Lukman is an astute water, sanitation, and hygiene specialist, environmental and social scientist with a strong background in WASH training, participatory research methods and community mobilization, monitoring and project evaluation. His twelve (13) years’ experience in development work in the field of WASH training. baseline and end-line assessment, report writing, advocacy, climate-smart agriculture, development of concept notes, grant proposals, and business development. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Ideapath Consult, which is contributing to generating evidence for decision-making in the government and non-government space. He holds MPhil in Environment and Resource Management, Master of Science Migration and Security (Candidate), BA in Integrated community development. He also holds Certificate Environmental Health and Sanitation from the Ghana Health Examination Board and the West Africa Health Examination Board.

As a seasoned facilitator and lead presenter at annual nutrition unit reviews, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to analyze and communicate critical health outcomes while building competency among healthcare workers and community partners. Beyond her professional role, she serves as a board member of Al Hayat Foundation, a philanthropic non-governmental organization.
